Who can order?
Anyone. There is no account to open, and you do not need to be a business.
What is the minimum order?
Ten pieces for Corporate & Events pricing. Every piece in the collection can also be bought singly.
Can each guest have their own name?
Yes. Send us your list and each piece will be personalised with a name or initials.
How much text will fit?
About twelve characters per line, because every letter is set by hand in brass type. Longer wording can go on a handmade gift tag.
Can you use our crest or monogram?
Yes. We make a brass die from your artwork, and from ten pieces it is included.
Can we see it first?
Yes. We send a free visual and a full quote before anything is made.
How far in advance should we order?
Tell us your date when you enquire and we will confirm it with your quote.
Can personalised pieces be returned?
Personalised pieces are made for you, so we cannot take them back unless they are damaged or defective.
